Ingredients

  • 3 nectarines
  • 2 small orange peppers
  • 1 small green bell pepper or half of the one we have
  • Half an onion
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 very ripe tomato
  • 100 gr. of bread
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 50 ml. of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Step by step :

Put all the ingredients, except the oil, in a mixing bowl, leave a few minutes for the bread to soak and make it less difficult to mix. Stripe
