Ingredients

  • 275 g of oatmeal
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 g of icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 orange (a hint of zest and a tbsp of juice)
  • 1 tsp ginger

Step by step :

Mix the flour with the icing sugar and sift together. Then add the orange zest and the butter at room temperature cut into squares. Stripe
