Benefits for our health

DIURETIC The main component of mandarins is water, which is why they are a great diuretic, helping to reduce water retention.

INDICATED TO MANTEIN A HEALTHY BODY WEIGHT Its fibre and vitamin C content promote intestinal activity (avoiding constipation) and have a satiating effect. A combination that, added to its low sugar content, make the mandarin orange a great ally for weight loss.

INCREASE OUR DEFENCES The vitamin C provided by mandarins increases our defences and stimulates our immune system, which protects us from both colds and flu.

ANTIOXIDANT Vitamin C is also very good for the skin and helps in achieving a blemish-free complexion. The antioxidants present in mandarins fight free radicals and protect our skin.
