Vegan chocolate and avocado cake

We are already at weekend! And this VEGAN CHOCOLATE AND AVOCADO CAKE, it is always good for any celebration, breakfast, snack or to charge energy. You will love it! Simple and healthy. It's a TOP recipe.



  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 2 large avocados
  • 50 g unsweetened fat-free cocoa powder
  • 85 g apple sauce (roasted or cooked in the microwave)
  • 70 g coconut oil
  • 50 g chocolate chips
  • Sweetener to taste (150 g erythritol)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp apple vinegar
  • 100 ml plant-based drink or milk

Step by step :

Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. You can also mix them without a blender, mashing the avocados well with a fork and mixing the other ingredients with a spatula until you have an even mixture. Stripe
Add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. Transfer to a tin (ours is 20 cm) and bake at 175ºC for 55 minutes. Stripe
Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 20 minutes inside the tin on top of a wire rack. Stripe
Optional: For a topping, make a mixture with cocoa powder, soya milk and date paste. Add more chocolate pieces to decorate. Stripe
