Cous cous, melon and avocado salad

Today we bring you one of those easy recipes that are made in 10 minutes and that cannot be missing from your summer recipe book. COUS COUS, MELON AND AVOCADO SALAD. It's fresh, healthy and full of contrasting flavors that we like so much... Who's up to taste it?



  • 3 slices of melon
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup cous cous or bulgar wheat
  • Grana Padano Parmesan cheese
  • Medium red onion
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • 60 g pistachios
  • Mint
  • Oil Salt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Cinnamon

Step by step :

Put the cous cous in a bowl and add the boiling water, following the instructions on the packet. Stripe
Add the juice of half a lemon, oil, salt, pepper and a little cinnamon, then stir. Stripe
Cut the melon, avocado and onion into slices and add it to the cous cous with the pine nuts and pistachios. Stripe
Stir thoroughly and leave to cool in the fridge. When serving, add the desired amount of Parmesan cheese and mint on top. Enjoy! Stripe
