Ingredients

  • 600g pumpkin
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • 1 onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 200ml whipping cream, coconut milk or vegetable drink
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin
  • Pumpkin seeds to decorate

Step by step :
