Ingredients

  • 1 large slice of cantaloupe melon
  • 200g of croaker
  • 17g of caper stems
  • 20g of pickled red onion
  • 10g of grapefruit juice
  • 5g of Valentina sauce
  • 2g of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 strawberry
  • Spices to taste

Step by step :
