Ideal to charge you with energyย  at snack time due to its high protein content, vitamins, fiber and minerals, and its extra melon flavor with the oat base isโ€ฆ IRRESISTIBLE.   • 100g oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 yoghurt
  • 100 g melon
  • Mint leaves

Step by step :

Place the coconut oil, honey and water in a bowl. Heat 15 seconds in the microwave and stir. Stripe
