Mango sticky rice

  • 1 cup of glutinous rice or coarse grain rice (you can use bomba or sushi rice aswell).
  • 2 cups of coconut milk/cream.
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  • 1 ripe mango.
  • Lemon zest.
  • Pinch of salt.

Step by step :

Rinse the rice very well (you can leave it to soak for 2-4 hours) and then rinse again. Stripe
