Pumpkin custard

  • 600 gr roasted or boiled pumpkin (in our case roasted).
  • 300 ml almond drink.
  • 100 ml coconut milk (optional, you can substitute it for the previous one).
  • 60 gr panela sugar (optional).
  • 1 small spoon of cinnamon.
  • 1 small spoon of nutmeg.
  • ½ small spoon of vanilla powder.

Step by step :

Blend all the ingredients until a fine and homogeneous cream is left. Stripe
Serve in 4 small glasses and let rest for about two hours in the fridge. Stripe
